As a full-time GP, a fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, an experienced international lecturer in physical activity, with the dietary knowledge of a certified nutritionist, I work with you to make the sustainable changes that lead to improved health and overall wellbeing.
I firmly believe life should not feel like a drag and involve just keeping disease at bay. By using proven evidenced based methods it is possible to feel healthier and more energised to fully experience the joys and face the challenges of 21st century life with enthusiasm. Overall this can lead to an increased sense of direction and fulfilment, and along with this better wellbeing and better health.
