If you are motivated to make changes to your health in order to feel better and healthier then maybe you would like to be one of my clients at my Lifestyle Medicine Clinic. I work with you using individualised evidenced-based lifestyle interventions utilising my specialism in Lifestyle Medicine, nutrition and general medicine to target underlying causes of disease, reduce risk of disease, reduce the progression of disease or even reverse disease.
I use my expertise in both General Practice, Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine to enable and empower his clients to achieve their specific goals to feel better and healthier.
Types of session available
Currently the clinic is converting to an online format. This is set to resume in due course. When the clinic does re-open I will be offering your initial 30-minute appointment with me for free. This will allow us to discuss your goals and if the clinic is the right fit for you and how I can best assist you on your journey.
Once you have decided you would like to proceed then we will book you in for your first “Prime Wellbeing” clinic appointment which is 60 minutes in length. There will be a comprehensive pre-consultation questionnaire to complete before this appointment which is key to ensure we can understand your background and your goals so that we can use our appointment time as effectively as possible.
The first "Prime Wellbeing" clinic appointment is 60 minutes. This will allow for a long period of time to get a history of your past, your current situation and understand your future goals. It will allow plenty of time to make plans for guided evidenced-based changes which will shape your progress. At the end of this appointment, you will be given the tools to record details of your upcoming week so that finer details of your lifestyle can be assessed at your follow up appointment.
The first follow up appointment is 30 minutes as this allows a longer analysis of your first assessment week. After this follow up is normally 15-30 minutes. These can be booked for longer if requested. There will also be regular email contact throughout the process.
Initially, I recommend regular review in order to allow regular follow up to ensure success with our structured goals. I normally recommend weekly follow up for the first 4-6 weeks, then fortnightly sessions for 2 sessions and then monthly ongoing.
However, the number of sessions can be increased or reduced based on your preferences.
